Ms. Moreau is a partner in the tax department of Broussard, Poché, Lewis & Breaux, LLP, where she practices in the areas of business appraisal and corporate/individual taxation. She is a 1992 graduate, cum laude, of the University of Southwestern Louisiana and is Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as designated a Certified Valuation Analyst by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
Ms. Moreau lectures for various professional groups on business valuation issues and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
Her appraisal experience includes valuations in the industries of oil & gas services, physician practice management, physical therapy, food processing and packaging, architectural/engineering services, and distribution/manufacturing. These appraisals have been performed for estate and gift tax purposes, employee stock ownership plans, mergers and acquisitions, and community property partitioning.
